Q:How do you deliver STO credits to me?

Our delivery team will log into Star Trek Online and contact the character specified on your order form.
*Face to face: This means trade gold with your character in game. Please make sure your phone number correctly filled so that we could contact you timely once we are ready to make the delivery.
*Send by e-mail: mailing to you in game.
*Put into my account: disclosing information via e-mail. Choosing this mode you will receive 5% bonus gold for free.
